My weight loss journey: losing 120 pounds and keeping it off

This is a memoir of how I lost over 100 pounds and have kept it off for over 20 years. I will share how my emotions contributed to my childhood to the present day. My goal for the book is to provide others with information that will help them be successful in not only losing weight but to maintain it long term. As a Holistic Health Coach, Certified personal trainer, and Pilates instructor I hope to share the techniques and tools that have worked for me and as well as for my clients over the years. I will give tips and recipes on what types of food to eat for a healthier lifestyle.
