How to set up

2. Step on the scale and read the data on your scale

3. Manually record your weight daily, and you will get a weekly/monthly/yearly graph. You also can record chest, waist,hipline,and thigh size with the included tape measure

4. Then you can track weight, BMI, chest, waist, hipline, and thigh size in your 1byone health APP easily

Low Battery & Overload Indication

Lo–Low battery

“Lo” is shown when the battery power is low. The scale will turn off after a few seconds, please replace with new batteries.

ERR–Overload

“ERR” is shown when the scale is overload. Please remove the weight on the scale immediately to protect the sensors.

Calibrate to “0.0”

1. Gently step on the scale and the scale will automatically activate, start your weighing after it displays “0.0”

2. Re-calibrate the scale to “0.0” after moving, shifting or replacing batteries.

Tips: Step on the scale with one foot until the display lights up, then step off. The scale will show “0.0,” indicating that the calibration was successful.

Weight Measurement

For best accuracy, please place the digital bathroom scale on a hard and flat surface, and stand on the central area. Avoid carpet or soft surface.

When you step onto the scale, it will calculate numbers and blink three times then quickly settle on a weight. It will turn off automatically after 10 seconds.
